While the path itself may differ, eventually we all eventually return to the dust from which we came. It is patently human to wonder what happens when we die. Each culture has its own set of beliefs in terms of death and any potential afterlife. At the end of the day, it seems that folks tend to believe what they WANT to believe.

In preparation for defining the parameters for The Proversation, I found it necessary to take an inventory of who I am and what I believe in order to offer potential listeners a clear take on my point of view and to establish my own personal territory. After all, it’s difficult to stay in one’s lane if you have no idea where the lines are. In doing so, I found myself taking into account a vast array of experiences, philosophical questions, ethics, tangibles, and intangibles to try to figure out what exactly it is that I believe.
